GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Australian Alpaca Barn gift cards are delivered electronically by email after payment has been successfully processed. The email contains the gift card code and instructions for redeeming it at checkout.

Gift cards may be used to purchase eligible products available through the Australian Alpaca Barn online store.

Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue. 

Any unused balance remaining after a purchase will stay on the gift card and may be used for future purchases before the expiry date.

If an order exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another payment method accepted at checkout.

Gift cards cannot be reloaded or topped up.

No activation, account-keeping, balance enquiry or inactivity fees will be charged after a gift card has been issued.

Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

Gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once issued, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Promotional codes, discounts and special offers cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card unless expressly stated otherwise.

Gift cards may not be used to purchase another gift card.

Gift card holders are responsible for keeping their gift card code secure. Australian Alpaca Barn is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, disclosed to another person or used without permission, except to the extent required by law.

If a gift card email is not received, the purchaser should check their junk or spam folder and contact Australian Alpaca Barn with proof of purchase.

Australian Alpaca Barn reserves the right to suspend or cancel a gift card reasonably believed to have been obtained or used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these terms.

These terms do not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
